Summary0002130: WwI §4.1 "Kinds" contains conflicting and misleading information about the kind hierarchy of "animal"
DescriptionWwI §4.1 says this:

 For example, if we write:

Growler is an animal in the Savannah.
then Growler is an "animal", which is a kind of "thing", which is a kind of "object".

and later on says this, after defining a new kind of animal:

If we look at the Kinds index, we should indeed see a hierarchy:

object > person > animal > mammal > Bengal tiger

The first excerpt suggests that the hierarchy is object > thing > animal, while the second suggests (or even explicitly says) that the hierarchy is object > person > animal. But the hierarchy is object > thing > person > animal.
