Summary0001884: "Select all" in the GtkTextView overrides control-a
DescriptionI use the Emacs keybindings everywhere I can, including GTK applications.
Most of them work in gnome-inform7, but not Control-A (bound to the
"Select all" context menu item). Is there any way to override that without
manually editing /usr/share/gnome-inform7/ui/document.ui?
Minimal Source Text To Reproduce
Type in some text, press Control-A.
Additional InformationIn ~/.gtkrc-2.0:

gtk-key-theme-name = "Emacs"
include "/usr/share/themes/Emacs/gtk-2.0-key/gtkrc"

Using gconftool, /desktop/gnome/interface/gtk_key_theme set to Emacs

Thanks for the report! I would accept a pull request for that, if it didn't interfere with the usual usage of Ctrl-A, but unfortunately it's not something I can spend time to fix.

Perhaps when we move to GTK3 (see 0001997) you can write a keybinding CSS file and apply the Emacs keybindings more easily.
