  • Chapter - Irregular Verbs

    Some irregular verbs are -s, -es, -ies, e-s, contraction-for-is, are*, aren't*, have*, do*, go*, eat*, feel*, find*, get*, give*, hear*, put*, see*, take*, wear*, think*, keep*.

    [The verb to sport (he sports, they sport, he sported, it is sported, he is sporting) implies the wearing relation.
        to sport - infinitive [not used here, as it's identical to the present plural for all verbs except is/be. ]
        he sports - present singular ; he weaves
        they sport - present plural ; they weave
        he sported - past ; he wove
