Ingredients are not the only things that can be tainted or poisoned. When a player combines object the poison and alcohol ratings of the things they use are transferred to the new object. For example, here is a tainted potion flask that makes its contents VERY poisonous:
There is a Dirty Potion Flask in the Wizard Shop. It is VERY poisonous.
You should allow the player to Good Clean bottles by adding either of the following scripted Good Cleaners to your game. Good Cleaners only work on *Empty* bottles, Craft Tools like the knife, and Craft Machines like the Magic Box. This one is a disposable Good Cleaner that vanishes after a single use:
There are 5 Scrubby Cleaner in the Potione Shope.
This Good Cleaner is a craft tool and should never vanish:
There is an Infinite Cleaner in the Potione Shope.
To use either, all you have to do is pick one up and say:
Good Clean [something]
Note: if you want to rename these items, the best way to do it is by saying this (instead of creating objects which are a 'kind' of Scrubby Cleaner, as this can confuse the script):
The printed name of the Scrubby Cleaner is "DIRT BLASTER (tm) Brand Good Cleaner".
The printed plural name of the Scrubby Cleaner is "DIRT BLASTER (tm) Brand Good Cleaners".
Understand "Brand" and "tm" and "(tm)" and "Dirt" and "Blaster" as the Scrubby Cleaner.
