To decide which real number is (A - a real number) to the power (B - a number):

let result be 1.0000;

repeat with X running from 1 to B:

let result be result real times A;

decide on result.

To decide which number is (A - number) to the power (B - a number):

let result be 1;

repeat with X running from 1 to B:

let result be result times A;

decide on result.

To decide which real number is (A - a real number) squared:

decide on A to the power 2.

To decide which number is (A - a number) squared:

decide on A to the power 2.

To decide which real number is (A - a real number) cubed:

decide on A to the power 3.
