  • Section 3 - Labeled things

    A labeled thing is a kind of buffered thing. A labeled thing can be hiding its label or showing its label. A labeled thing is usually showing its label.

    [Initial label means initial message.]

    Include (- with parse_name LabeledThingParseName, -) when defining a labeled thing.

    Before printing the name of a nonblank labeled thing (called Todd) which is showing its label (this is the standard name labeling rule), say "[the message of Todd] ".

    Before printing the plural name of a nonblank labeled thing (called Todd) which is showing its label (this is the standard plural name labeling rule), say "[the message of Todd] ".
