  • Chapter: Invoking an input loop

    To invoke an input loop, we simply write "process [input-loop] loop" (alternately, "start" or "invoke" will also work):

        process hyperlink input loop

    We will need to have defined rules for the "input loop setup" and "input loop event-handling" rulebooks for this loop to do anything really interesting, though Glulx Input Loops does provide relatively complete handling for char-event loops (see next section).
