Section: Handling input errors
When the player enters a disallowed control or standard input character, this is considered to be an error. The field input loop will restart and the player's input will not be further processed. Before the loop is restarted, however, the "field input error-handling rules" will be checked. This is initially an empty rulebook, to which the author can add as needed. Perhaps the least intrusive thing to do here would be to play a sound to signify the error (see the Color Picker example). We can specialize error behavior by testing which key the player pressed.
