Choosing is an action applying to a number.
Understand "[a number]" as choosing.
The command is a choice that varies.
Carry out choosing a number (called N):
if there is an option in row N of the Table of Options:
now the command is the option in row N of the Table of Options;
turn to the destination of the command;
