    Fusing it to is an action applying to two things. Understand "fuse [something] to [something]" as fusing it to.
    Check fusing the player to something: say "Grisly, but disallowed. Try again." instead.
    Check fusing a backdrop to something: say "Not permitted." instead.
    Carry out fusing: now the noun is part of the second noun.
    Report fusing: say "Good, [the noun] [are] now part of [the second noun]."
    [We need no unfusing function because, after all, there's the Purloin keyword for that.]
